Hello, I am Wu Jing.

I opened this channel with the hope that many people will know the charm of Tai-Chi that we met in China.
I explain in detail the points and meanings of each form in Yang style Tai-Chi 88 forms.

The most famous Yang-style Tai-Chi is 24-form, but there are also the 48-form and 85-form in addition to the 24-form and 88-form.
Each action is different, but there are many because it has been edited for the popularization and competition of Tai Chi in China.

88-form is a traditional type that was compiled by the General Administration of Sport of China in 1957 by gathering domestic Tai Chi experts.

In addition to 88-form, I also introduce Tai-Chi as a health exercise that beginners can easily try.
