PACE North

PACE North is an acronym for Program for All-Inclusive Care for the elderly. PACE provides coordinated care for nursing-home eligible older adults so that they are supported in living safe and healthy lives in their own homes. PACE is centered on the belief that it is better for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be together - living at home.

This channel features some activities and services provided at the PACE North Center in Traverse City, serving adults 55+ in seven counties in northern Michigan.
