I am a yoga disciple and teacher, group fitness and personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach and chocolate lover.
I teach in a local yoga studio and fitness center and organize Yoga & Hiking/Skiing/Snowboarding  Retreats in Norway, Estonia, and other places.
I come from Estonia, but I am working and living in Norway, Molde since 2012.
