Alessandro DeNino (Vishnu Das A.D.)

Alessandro DeNino (also known as Vishnu Das A.D.) is an American singer, composer, and producer raised in a musical family in Connecticut. He began piano and violin at age 4 and sang with his mother leading church worship. After three years in high school choir, he began private voice lessons at 17 and has since studied with over ten teachers across popular, Broadway, and classical crossover styles.

His debut album Prabhuji — dedicated to philosopher and artist @Prabhuji108 — features spiritual songs and mantras from world traditions including Christianity, Judaism, Sufism, Buddhism, and Hinduism, with collaborations from artists such as Sandra Carrasco, Víctor Guadiana, José Almarcha, Wah!, Karnamrita Dasi, Hames Bitar, Linda Alahmad, and others. Sung in 10 languages, it celebrates unity through music.

Alessandro now focuses on classical crossover interpretations inspired by Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban and produces, narrates, and curates the YouTube series Legends of Sound.
