Memorial Health Ohio

Memorial Health is more than just a hospital. We are physician offices and outpatient locations throughout Marysville, Plain City, Richwood, and Urbana that offer primary and specialty care. We are Memorial Gables – a skilled nursing facility. We are the Memorial Health Foundation. And don’t forget our specialty programs like Memorial Sports Medicine, the Heart Partnership with OSU Medical Center, and our regionally acclaimed wellness outreach initiatives. The list goes on.

Our doors opened on March 17, 1952 as an acute and primary care, not-for-profit community hospital. Since then we have grown to a 97-bed facility with over 30 service lines. We are proud to have a medical staff of over 298 skilled physicians, a strong base of more than 800 employees, and over 350 caring adult and junior volunteers. Memorial Health was created as a solution to our community's need for quality health care, close to home. Meeting that need is a cornerstone of our organization.
