Pingala Holistic Healing Yoga Videos

Pingala Holistic Healing brings Yoga, Ayurveda and holistic therapies to people from all over the world. On our Youtube channel, we offer focused Yoga classes that help to build strength, focus and alignment.

Our videos incorporate many different Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative, as well as energy work utilising Qi Gong and energy flow. We specifically focus on posture, alignment and energy work as we feel these are the cornerstones of good health and an effective and energising Yoga practice.

Most of our videos are available with either an English or Japanese audio voiceover.

If you would like to join us for an online class, please go to www.pingala.biz or contact us directly at pingalaholistic@gmail.com
