The Circus Nomad

Tutorials and vlogs about: Art, Travel, & Life as a Clown.

My name is Nikolas Strubbe, and I've been a freelance circus artist and teacher for the past 15 years. Journey with me as I travel the globe, sharing comedy, tricks, & lessons, and trying to make (non)sense of this bizarre world.

Many of you already follow my day to day life on Instagram.com/circusnikolas - and here we'll go deeper into what it's like to actually run away and join the circus!

I'll be regularly posting vlog-style updates from home & the road, as well as tutorial videos for all kinds of circus skills, so you can gain new wild talents of your own. As the page grows, I also hope to feature a range of other artists, schools, and companies, so you can see many corners of the circus world.

After thousands of shows & thousands of students, I'm excited to continue sharing the joy of circus with my largest audience yet. Thanks for your support, and welcome to the center ring!
