Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses

Helping Nurses | Safeguarding Patients

TPAPN safeguards patients by providing early identification, support, monitoring, accountability and advocacy to Texas nurses who have an identified substance use or mental health condition or related incident, so they may practice nursing safely.

TPAPN is a voluntary program funded by nurses’ licensure fees though the Texas Board of Nursing. As a non-profit, TPAPN is dedicated to outreach, education, case management, and helping nurses on every step of the recovery journey
