AuroradeLeeuwYoga

Hi, my name is Aurora!

I believe that yoga is different for everyone, for every body!

Most of all, yoga is about having fun and to get to know the uniqueness of the beautiful body that is yours 💕. It’s about shaking off everything that you do not need anymore, to make space for all the amazing stuff you deserve!

How do I do this? By challenging you to find out what suits you, your body and what you need at THIS present moment! From challenging yourself to increase your inner fire with a strong Vinyasa, to allowing yourself to slow down and find that inner peace with Yin.

I offer online Yogaclasses (live & on Demand) to help you find that balance! Flow with me through YouTube or check out my website, www.myaurorayoga.com for unique content & masterclasses.
