Animal Advocates of South Central PA

Our Mission
The Animal Advocates of South Central Pennsylvania is a registered non-profit organization based out of York, Pennsylvania. We advocate for a vegan lifestyle which is both healthful and sustainable while also being an ethical way of living in alignment with our existing values of nonviolence and respect for our fellow Earthlings.
Our mission is to spread compassion for animals in a peaceful and respectful way.
We believe change comes from an understanding and a willingness to do better. We promote non-violence and kindness to ALL beings (humans and animals alike).
The AASCPA was formed in late 2014 and functioned unofficially until 2017 when we got nonprofit status. Our home base is York, but have board members and volunteers from Harrisburg, Lancaster and the surrounding areas.
Our main focus is doing outreach and helping our local veg community thrive. If you would like to get involved, please contact us via email or through our Facebook page.
