Selfed Yoga with Courtney Brame

Selfed Yoga with Courtney Brame features simple Yoga classes that can be done between 15-25 minutes. When I came to YouTube for Yoga classes at the beginning of 2020 when studios shut down, I saw many instructors offering free classes, but none of which looked like me. They also weren't relatable. I'm a Black, cis-gendered, able bodied, upper-lower class, heterosexual, queer-friendly, kinky, non monogamous, college educated, podcaster who enjoys practicing Yoga. As a former athlete, the closest thing I've come to find that works for me is deep stretch classes, but Yoga is so much more than that.

My intention is to offer representation at an introductory level to serve as a potential gateway for people to see themselves in Yoga spaces and expand their own journey from there.
