Datza Studios

Yoga is the pose, and beyond. The breath, and beyond. The meditation, and beyond. It takes time to fully embody yoga, but we all start somewhere. Show up is the start.

I'm Datza, a movement and empowerment mentor, yoga teacher, and the founder of Datza Studios, a plant-filled, non-heated yoga studio in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood. Born and raised in Latvia, I opened Datza Studios in 2018.

I notice the details, but I won't adjust you every time. I'll teach you to feel and adjust yourself, so the practice becomes truly yours. Nobody can do the work for you, but you don't have to do it alone.

Teachings to help you feel more balanced and grounded, yet free. Plus moments from the studio. Practice as ritual.
