We know that making decisions about your future can be a scary process… That’s why at the Chefs Training and Innovation Academy (CTIA), we think of ourselves as a family and a community.

At CTIA, we give all our chefs-in-the-making a firm foundation by making sure that students master the basics with confidence. We keep our finger on the pulse of all the latest culinary trends and industry requirements, and constantly adapt our training curricula to keep students on the cutting edge of global developments.

Our four state-of-the-art campuses are located in top culinary hubs across South Africa, while our CTIA virtual classroom caters for a growing body of online students – and allows us to continue training whenever lockdown regulations limit on-campus training.
