Orlando Beckford - Longevity By Relaxation

We need to make time for our well being. Life is short because we are so caught up in the fast pace of life that we miss the ambiance and beauty that surrounds us. One must slow down and embrace the gift of life by finding time to shut off the hustle and bustle of the constant irritations of our every day life. We must make time for self by calming the mind with Relaxing instrumental musical sounds and pictures of natures beauty.
