Amylian (Music Lantern)

Hello, I’m Ali Makki, though online I go by the name Amylian.

I’m a teacher by profession and a musician by passion, creating dark ambient soundscapes as a way to express the worlds and emotions I’ve carried with me since childhood.

Growing up, I was deeply connected to video games and music, and they shaped my creative identity in ways I still cherish today. One of the biggest inspirations in my life has been Silent Hill 3—a masterpiece with an emotional and unforgettable soundtrack that opened my ears to atmospheric and immersive music.

Even though I never had the chance to formally study music at a young age, the desire to create has always been there. Now, with Ableton Live as my DAW of choice, I'm finally bringing those long‑held ideas and feelings to life.
On this channel, you’ll find my journey into dark ambient, atmospheric sound design, and the echoes of the stories that shaped me.

Welcome to my world—glad you're here.
