Lahiru Sewana Holdings

Lahiru Sewana Holdings began as a general civil contractor 35 years before. Over the years, we have undertaken many challenging projects where we accumulated skills and experience in design and build solutions, pre-planning documentation services, building trade, construction material market and engineering work.

Today, we take on the role of main contractor for small and medium scale residential and commercial construction projects. We also provide architectural designing and estimating, structural detailing, and pre-construction documentation consultancy as value –added services to our clients.

Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to build-up their dream house or the commercial building. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensure that clients objectives are a top priority in both design and construction stages.”
