United Us, Social School of Life is an initiative for sharing rational thoughts on life that can guide people to deal with the dynamics of life which we were not taught in our school days. Consequently, we end up with frustration, anxiety, stress, not knowing how to deal with our life, hampering our Mental health. Having said this, We will discuss practical theories and clinical concepts related to Mental health, social issues, and Acts too which has drastically helped me a lot in my life. We will be also sharing social documentaries of non-profits working for our society, to spread awareness on social causes and initiatives taken, which can enable a person in need to avail those services.
