Swara - Yoga, Somatics & Embodiment

Welcome to Swara — a space for yoga, somatics and embodied practice.

Here you’ll find yoga and somatic practices, meditation, movement explorations, and conversations around anatomy, the nervous system, the Five Elements and the lived experience of the body.

Some videos are made simply to practise along with. Others invite a little more study, curiosity and reflection — exploring how traditional yoga teachings can meet contemporary understandings of the body and nervous system.

Swara Yoga School offers classes, workshops, professional trainings and 1:1 programmes for yoga practitioners, teachers and facilitators.

Come to practise, stay curious, and explore the body through experience.
