Charlotte Solomon - Moon Child Healing

Charlotte Solomon | MoonChild Healing
I’m Charlotte, and I create space to heal, grow and expand— through the power of the moon and the wisdom of your own cycles.
Whether you’re brand new to spirituality or just feeling the pull of something deeper, you’re in the right place.
I’m a qualified yoga teacher who teaches every class in alignment with the moon — so your practice always moves with the natural rhythm of where we are in the lunar cycle.
On this channel you’ll find:
🌙 Moon ceremonies and how to work with each moon phase
🌙 Yoga Nidra — deep yogic sleep practices for rest and healing
🌙 Breathing exercises and yoga practices
🌙 How to follow the moon and live in tune with her cyclesCyclical living — honouring the seasons within you and around you

This isn’t about being perfect on the spiritual path. It’s about showing up, getting curious, and being guided gently home.
I run LIVE moon ceremonies, 1-2-1 work, retreats. For more info on how to join a Moon Circle see my website
