AΦE

AΦE is a dance company founded in 2016 by Co-Artistic Directors Esteban Lecoq and Aoi Nakamura, and creates installations and performances between dance and immersive realities. Their interactive works place the audience at the centre of the creative and narrative process, offering a new space for exploration between bodies, spaces and technologies. AΦE is an associate artist of the Institute of Cultural and Creative Industries/University of Kent (iCCi) and in 2022 they launched A+E Lab, a cultural and technology hub located at Historic Dockyard Chatham (UK) producing innovative productions and delivering community engagement programmes. Their work has been seen in 20 countries.
