Tatyana Marie

Hello!!

My name is Tatyana! I started this channel to have fun and help with my social anxiety!! I have created some meal prep and gym content until I found out I was pregnant with my son!! Now I have a lot of mom content and I'm doing this to have memories to cherish forever!! I want to get back into my meal prep and gym content but also add in my mom content!!

Thank you so much for the support and kindness!! I truly love you all!!
