Don’t Buy Blind Cars

Know what you're buying before you pay.

Don't Buy Blind helps you avoid expensive mistakes when buying a used car, especially from a private seller on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji or Craigslist.

What you'll find here:
• Hidden problems sellers hope you miss (flood damage, rust, leaks, warning lights)
• Scam warnings: curbsiders, deposit scams, title washing, cloned VINs
• "Would you buy this car?" checks on real listings
• Model years to avoid, and warranty extensions that still cover used cars
• Buying privately in Ontario: UVIP, liens, safety and tax

New tips every day. US & Canada.
