Corrosion : Knowledge Sharing by Dr. Elayaperumal

Hello. Welcome to my series of lectures.

I am Dr. K. Elayaperumal, Corrosion and Metallurgical Consultant.

Degrees Received:
B.Sc Physics, B.E Metallurgy, M.S Metallurgy, Ph. D

Institutions Attended:
University of Madras, India
Institute of Science Bangalore, IISc, Bangalore, India
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT, USA.

After six decades of gaining experience, I now realize that this gain should be preserved and shared.

Tamil Poet, Thiruvalluvar, in Tirukkural (classic Tamil text consisting 1,330 couplets) has the following couplet regarding the importance of sharing knowledge.

"கேடில் விழுச்செல்வம் கல்வி யொருவற்கு
மாடல்ல மற்றை யவை".

"The wealth that never declines is learning.
All others are not riches."

Hence I record my lectures for future use by those needing them. Through these lectures I am sharing my knowledge.

I would be happy to receive constructive feed-back.

Keep learning and sharing.
Thank you.
