JurOA

The aim of the JurOA network, which was founded in 2018, is to bring the topic of Open Access for the legal sciences further into the relevant discipline. The network had planned to hold another conference in 2020, but due to the global COVID 19 pandemic that broke out in the same year and continues to persist, this conference was postponed to October/November 2021. The meanwhile 3rd JurOA-Conference will not only take place at the location of the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences, but will also be prepared and promoted by a group of students of the Department of Information Sciences, headed by Prof. Dr. jur. Ellen Euler.
Due to the increasing relevance of Open Access publishing for the legal sciences and the growth of the JurOA network, both national and international experts could be won over who were willing to share their views on Open Access in the run-up to the planned conference.
