I became involved in coaching when my children were involved in sport, training as UK Athletics Throws coach and Endurance Running coach, a UKA Run Leader and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. My qualification as a Lydiard Level 2 Coach, however, transformed my approach. As a former health professional, I like to have  science-based approach so I rely on my UESCA coaching qualification to help guide my coaching advice.
