＜Hogaku Team D ＞

The Japanese traditional music (Hogaku) unit, Team D, began its activity after performing at an elementary school in Fukushima as part of its consolation and support for recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. The team members are usually active professional musicians of different fields of Hogaku and avid Disney lovers, as the "D" in the five-member unit stands for Disney.
During COVID-19, Team D created remote music videos in which they played national anthems worldwide to send a message of solidarity and support.
