My Pilates Place Stuttgart

Hi, I'm Heli, welcome to my channel! I'm a Pilates instructor and the owner of My Pilates Place in Stuttgart, Germany.
My first encounter with Pilates was after having a career in the Hi Tech industry, sitting at the office all day and suffering from back pain. I discovered Pilates as a way to treat the pain, and fell in love with it. When I saw the benefits, I decided I have to get certified! Since then I have worked with diverse clientèle, including prenatal, postnatal and clients that suffered from different physical conditions.
On my channel you'll find Pilates routines suitable for all levels, so I'm sure you'll find the right one for you!
