The Wandering Monks are a Live-Instrumentation Hip Hop Band Hailing from Colorado. Their Sound is a Distinct, yet Cohesive Amalgam of Funk, Reggae/Dub, Soul, and even some Rock Reimagined through a Hip Hop Lens.

With deliberate lyrics, the group depicts a wide array of well-researched social issues in their rhymes, but more importantly, they connect positive messages of love, gratitude, self-empowerment, & personal growth through anecdotal shared experience. Part message; part melody, but far from dry infotainment. Their clever wordplay can inform and challenge without resorting to preachy soap-boxing, while captivating choruses weave gems of insight and truth through layers of danceable beats.
