Design Beyond Form

Design Beyond Form is an architecture and urban design platform created by architect and author Chris Cho. Inspired by the book *Design Beyond Form*, this channel explores architecture beyond aesthetics — focusing on walkable cities, mixed-use developments, shopping malls, urban identity, public space, and human-centered design.

Through real-world observation, walking, architectural critique, and reflective storytelling, Design Beyond Form examines how cities shape human experience, culture, movement, and belonging. From Dubai and the GCC to global cities, the channel questions how architecture can move beyond image-making to create more meaningful, contextual, and livable environments.

This is not just about buildings.
It is about how people live, move, feel, and connect within cities.
