Desai's Hardware

WELCOME TO DESAI'S HARDWARE
Founded in 1941, Desai's started out as a General Trading Store by Mr Cassim Amod Desai. Over the years the business added on a livestock trading section, grain stores, butchery, furniture store and tearoom servicing the general Marianhill area.

From humble beginnings with just 1 delivery vehicle the business started out. Mr Desai focused on customer service and efficient delivery with the thought that "Everything is Possible".

By 1999 the staff had grown to 23 and the business had shown exceptional growth. A decision was taken to focus on sales and distribution. In line with this decision, the blockyard was sold. In 2006, a decision was made to upgrade the fleet of vehicles.

Over a period of 3 years the fleet was upgraded and increased to 13 vehicles and staff now number over 50. Everything is still possible with a focus on service, price and quality.

Desai's General Hardware will never let you down.
