Fatma Ergin Ertem

Hello,
I am opening this channel to share my diet adventure, which I have been trying for a long time, to see my progress and to hope that you will accompany me on this path. Intermittent fasting (IF diet), low carbohydrate diet, ketogenic diet will be the diets I will follow. I am starting my 40th year with the slogan of turning 40 with a new body. See you with vlogs, my daily nutrition routine, shorts and YouTube videos.
