Christian P. Maynard earned his PhD in Sociology at Washington State University. Videos created for YouTube translate aspects of my research into an unique format. I examine the effect of cannabis legalization on youth behavior and attitudes. I explore youth cannabis use across multiple consumption methods (e.g,., edible, smoke, vape). In addition, I examine how the perceived risks of cannabis is associated with a change in its usage. Also, I analyze how specifics cannabis policies (e.g., dispensaries sales, duration of legalization) are associated with its use. In general, I am interested in the changing landscape of cannabis or marijuana policy.
