Area 80

"2TUFF!" OUT NOW! Pre-Save "Say Less", the next release! Link In Bio!

Hailing from the heavy streets of Houston, Area 80 channels a tough upbringing into undeniable, genre-defying hip-hop. Refusing to let his sound be boxed in, Area 80 makes music that thrives in the unknown. The moniker is a nod to the mystery of Area 51, the #808080 color hex code for grey, and Section.80—the project that ignited a serious pursuit of the craft. Area 80 navigates the "grey area" of survival, processing the realities, pressures, and traumas of one of the city's most dangerous environments. Instead of glorifying the struggle, the music dissects it. From chest-rattling upcoming trap tracks like "2TUFF!" and "Say Less" to chill, atmospheric cuts, Area 80 delivers a versatile, raw, and relentlessly honest sonic experience.
