herone - tailored performance composite profiles

This is our company channel. We founded herone in 2018 as a team of aerospace and lightweight engineers, passionate about questioning the status and providing solutions to go beyond limits towards a cleaner future. We believe in the advantage of thermoplastic composites and automation to make tailored performance composites available for serial applications.
We develop and produce cost-effective lightweight composite profiles with tailored functionality. We do that by simplifying the parts design and using our platform technology. Our design, material and processing knowledge enable us to utilize the advanced material properties of high-performance thermoplastic composites to set a new standard in performance and manufacturing efficiency. In this channel we give you insigts into our activities
