Sportsfreund Berlin

We, Daniel and Sebastian, are two sports scientists from Berlin who have been working as personal trainers for many years. Through our videos, we want to give you ideas on how to improve your health and fitness in a sustainable way. Topics include exercises for building muscle, ways to relieve back pain, tips for weight loss, and relaxation exercises to combat everyday stress. If you have any further questions, feel free to write to us or stop by our gym. We look forward to seeing you.
