Lift / Next Level Floats

Lift is Brooklyn's first premier floatation therapy / sensory deprivation center offering 5 state-of-the art float tanks (room and pod style available), each in its own private suite with shower. Our tanks are filled with 250 gallons of water and 1000 pounds of Epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly. The water is maintained at skin temperature, and the tanks are light proof and soundproof inside. With most sensory inputs eliminated and your body freed from gravity, you can easily experience deep relaxation and relief from pain. Once you have taken your personal trip into the void, continue your journey toward ultimate relaxation in our decompression lounge where you can get comfortable with a cup of tea and a book from our library, or simply sit back and reflect on your experience. At Lift / Next Level Floats, we've got something for your mind, your body, and your soul. But don't take our word for it--come and see for yourself!
