TPAN

TPAN provides lifesaving health care and services for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and a range of related health challenges. Through its home on Chicago’s North Side, TPAN serves nearly 2,000 individuals per year, impacting a diverse community of clients across the life span – from homeless LGBTQ youth to older adults who are long-term survivors of HIV. TPAN also delivers a lifeline of education and health information through publication of the nationally circulated health and HIV treatment magazine Positively Aware, which reaches more than 100,000 readers across the country.

TPAN is the producer of the Ride for Life Chicago, host and beneficiary of Dining Out For Life Chicago, and publisher of Positively Aware magazine.
