Kundalini with Katrina (Katrina Zawawi)

The Neuro-Somatic Specialist.
For the "tired but wired." I am a Kundalini Yoga Teacher with an MA in Adult Autism, dedicated to helping neurodivergents recover from burnout without the need to "mask" or push.

You are told "do more" or "just be mindful." But standard tools for a neurodivergent brain, can often increase sensory overload. I intend to bridge the gap between autism research and somatic yogic wisdom to help build a nervous system that feels like a safe home.

You will find:
Low-Masking Somatic Tools: Yoga and breathwork designed for sensory-sensitive bodies.
Burnout Recovery Science: Practical insights from my MA translated into daily life hacks.
Perimenopause & Neurodivergence: Navigating the unique hormonal shifts of the autistic experience.
I don’t believe in "fixing" you. I believe in accommodating your unique energetic blueprint.
If you resonate with the above, even if you are undiagnosed, welcome!, you have found the right channel.
