Carefully Healing with Kerstin

My name is Kerstin and I'm a Holistic Health Coach and the Host of the Quest for Healing Podcast.  

I support people like you pursue a healthy and happy lifestyle by teaching about the benefits of clean eating (lots of fruits and veggies!), digging into and unpacking emotions that maybe holding you back, and by providing my favorite tips and tricks so that you can live a healthier life!

I started my health journey in 2014 after suffering with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, debilitating back pain, terrible brain fog and fatigue, all of which was damaging my finance career and my ability to do the things I love (traveling, scuba diving and hanging out with friends and family).  Starting down a path of mostly plant-based eating, based on the guidance from the teachings of Medical Medium, I was able to start healing and getting my life back.  It has been a wonderful adventure!
