As a person I am passionate about getting the best of themselves out of others. To allow people to develop mentally according to their own process.
 
This means that I support people in their personal process to grow in their mindset.
 
I coach people to the best version of themselves by following up their developments in close cooperation. To look for solutions together for the struggles they experience.
 
I experience that people have so much more in themselves than they think and that is what I want to get out of it.
