Cooking for Seniors | with Ray

My kitchen has rules.

Rule one: if it needs a long shopping list, it doesn't make the cut.
Rule two: portions are sized for real life, so nothing sits in the fridge until Friday.
Rule three: if it keeps you on your feet for hours, it's out.
Rule four: it has to be kind to a fixed income.
Rule five: it has to taste like something you'd actually look forward to.

I wrote those rules after a few too many nights of asking myself whether dinner was worth the effort. At our stage of life, it is. It just has to be done right.

Thousands of people are already cooking this way. New recipes every day, and if that sounds like your kind of kitchen, hit "Subscribe" and come along.
