Agape Hospice & Palliative Care

We promote and embrace a palliative care approach to individuals diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, as well as supportive services to their loved ones. Hospice and palliative care is a continuum of care with an emphasis on maintaining the patient at home in their most familiar, comfortable, and least restrictive environment.

We trace our success as a company to the simple and enduring philosophy that aging is a gift. The wealth of knowledge and experience that comes with age is a gift to the individual & the family.

Our experienced staff made up of Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, Spiritual Counselors, and Home Health Aides, work to provide an environment that supports the whole person—mind and heart, as well as body.
