Sustaining Warfare Community

Veteran, DPT, and former athlete. I have treated people from all walks of life, from active Air Force Special Warfare, to collegiate athletes, to veterans, to teachers, to dads, and to kids.

This is the culmination of my experiences, knowledge, and expertise displayed in the various progressions on this website. My mission is to show you give you the road map of how I improved myself and how I train with a focus on functionality and longevity.
