Hi, I am Tess.Transformational Coach, Present Moment Awareness Practitioner, Counselor and Mentor.

Life moves through us, in myriad ways and through a range of experiences. Its waves deliver us to the unknown shores of greater potential when we remain open to its flow, restore inner balance with compassionate attention and learn how to respond consciously to all experiences.

My service is to offer you a sanctuary where you can strengthen your ability to respond to the wisdom and guidance that is already within you. When you respond to your true nature rather than reacting to circumstances, you are able to cultivate an emergent quality ripe with potential.

I support you through a process of deep exploration that will enhance your intuitive nature and heart-mind-soul connection.

Enjoy these restorative and rejuvenating meditation practices regularly to assist you to relax more fully into your essence identity.
