Cold Water Immersion. (Katie)

In 2020, I encountered substantial mobility challenges, limiting my ability to maintain a standing position for even 3 seconds. Taking the plunge inti the North-east sea  saved my life. Sea swimming played a crucial role in restoring my physical and mental function.

Over the past 5 years, regular sea swimming has demonstrably enhanced both my emotional and physical health, contributing to a 50% reduction in body weight

My journey 2026 has started a new layer and I am having Hypnotherapy.

Within 14 I can now think and see past 1 second, 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month and one year. I finally am stating to become the person I truly want to be with help from Kevin J Garran’s , an amazing hypnotherapist.
