LAEAL Music

I write songs about breath, depth, and the fragile beauty of being human. My music lives somewhere between folk, storytelling, and quiet cinematic space. I am a freediver and oxykinetic instructor, and many of my songs are shaped by the rhythm of breathing and movement, by the silence beneath the surface, and by the courage it takes to trust again. Some songs come from the ocean. Some come from love. Some come from the places where both almost break. Some songs are written from within the day itself. From small moments, from thoughts that won’t leave, from the quiet friction of ordinary life. Over time, this has become a kind of diary. Not polished. Not distant. Just real. This project began as a way to turn personal stories into music. Songs about forgiveness, distance, fear, reconciliation, and the slow return to each other. If you listen closely, you might hear the sea in the background. Breathe in. Let go. And dive deep into my music.
