Free Kimberly Renee Poole

Kimberly Renee Poole was charged with third party felony murder in the death of her husband while both were on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Held up at gunpoint both were robbed and Brent was shot. We believe Kimberly Renee Poole was also a victim, merely present at the robbery and subsequent shooting, and had no involvement with the crime that occurred. Our mission is to uncover and present new evidence, to raise public awareness about her false confession and wrongful conviction, and to support meaningful changes to our criminal justice system.
