Wellness For The Win

My name is Shanna and I am a Registered Dietitian, mama of Rhett and dog mom of two crazy Aussies. I am also the creator of Wellness For The Win, a wellness & lifestyle brand.

I am passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies by ditching diets and practicing intuitive eating. My goal is to empower you to adopt healthy habits you actually enjoy, and show you that living a healthy lifestyle can be easy, affordable and fun! I like to think I am pretty relatable, I firmly believe in balance and I may or may not drop the occasional F bomb.

On my channel you can expect to find healthy recipes, videos about nutrition, health and fitness, cooking demos, grocery hauls, meal prep/planning tips, mom life, home & family content, fashion & beauty tips and more! My main focus is wellness, but I enjoy sharing all aspects of my perfectly imperfect life.
