AudDHD Life

AuDHD Life is what happens when autism and ADHD share the same brain… and refuse to cooperate.
This channel is a mix of blog, vlog, and real-life commentary on the chaos, contradictions, and occasional brilliance of living with both. Expect dry humor, honest takes, and the kind of observations that make you feel called out and understood at the same time.

Some days it’s deep dives into how the brain actually works. Other days it’s forgetting why you walked into a room… while simultaneously overanalyzing your entire existence.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re running two operating systems at once—one obsessed with structure, the other allergic to it—you’re in the right place.

No self-help fluff. No fake positivity. Just real life with AuDHD… told in a way that hopefully makes you laugh.
