East Suburban Citizen Advocacy

East Suburban Citizen Advocacy (ESCA) has been a small Non-Profit Organization since 1988 and has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with developmental disabilities. ESCA networks to identify and support advocates who give a voice to the most vulnerable people with disabilities.
Advocacy is a FREE service to anyone with a developmental disability in the Westmoreland County and Eastern part of Allegheny County of Pennsylvania. This is a general area that we serve, but do have cases that pop up throughout Southwestern PA. We help any age group and work with a variety of advocacy issues. We are not legal advocates.
